This policy applies to every Basic, Pro and VIP pass — and to extra partner seats — bought for The RPM OS Installation, conducted by KW Academy of Excellence on 26th Sept 2026.
No refunds — your seat carries forward instead
Pass fees are not refundable. Once a seat is booked, the room, the venue count and the materials for that seat are committed, so we do not return the fee.
If you cannot attend, or if you do not show up on the day, you are not left with nothing: we issue you a ticket of the same tier to our next edition of the workshop. Write to yogeshwanjari2010@gmail.com or message +91 78279 42484 from your registered WhatsApp number and we will confirm the carry-forward against your order reference.
- No refund is issued for cancellation, non-attendance or a no-show.
- A no-show receives a seat at the next event at the same pass tier, at no extra cost.
- Extra partner seats follow exactly the same terms as the pass they were bought with.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel the workshop, or reschedule it and the new date does not work for you, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. Travel and accommodation costs are not reimbursed, so please book flexible travel.
GST and gateway charges
Approved refunds include the GST collected on your booking, to the extent permitted by law. Payment-gateway charges are borne by us and are not deducted from your refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The exact credit date depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not issue cash refunds and cannot refund to a different account.
Bonuses and materials
Digital toolkits and bonus materials already delivered to you are not separately refundable, and access may be withdrawn when a refund is issued.
