These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of a pass for The RPM OS Installation, conducted by KW Academy of Excellence. By booking a pass or paying, you accept these terms.
The programme
- The RPM OS Installation is a paid, live, one-day educational workshop conducted in Hinglish at Lemon Tree Hotel, Kaushambi, Delhi NCR on Saturday, 26th Sept 2026, 10 AM – 5 PM.
- The session is not recorded and no recording is provided. Attendance is live and in person.
- We may change the date, timing, venue or delivery format if circumstances require it. In that case you will be informed on WhatsApp and offered a seat in the next cohort.
Passes, pricing and payment
- Passes are sold at ₹999 (Basic Pass), ₹1,999 (Pro Pass) and ₹2,999 (VIP Pass), plus 18% GST charged on top of the pass price.
- Extra seats for a business partner are offered at 50% of the pass price you selected, plus GST, and are limited per order.
- Total capacity is limited to 200 seats. VIP seats are limited separately.
- Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on this website.
- Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and WhatsApp confirmation from our team.
- A seat is personal to the named attendee and may not be resold. Name changes before the event can be requested by writing to yogeshwanjari2010@gmail.com.
Educational purpose only — no guarantee of results
All content is provided for education and information only. We do not guarantee any specific income, number of closings, lead cost or business outcome. Results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, market conditions and implementation. Nothing shared in the workshop is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and we are not acting as your broker, agent or consultant.
Intellectual property
All frameworks, templates, scripts, slides and toolkits shared before, during or after the workshop remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own business. Recording, reproducing, reselling or publicly distributing the material is not permitted.
Conduct
We may refuse entry to, or remove, any attendee whose behaviour disrupts the session or other attendees. We may also decline any booking at our discretion, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your booking or attendance is limited to the amount you actually paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation costs.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
